About UsableLabs

UsableLabs develops products for use to improve people’s quality of life.

Our work aims for cheap and low-tech tools, being either software or hardware or else that are usable.

We create solutions that let people accomplish their everyday tasks, in their offices or at home, fast and productive. We also develop tools that help people communicate and leverage their knowledge to benefit others.

Usability engineering is the key methodology for our work. As usability engineers, our goal is simple yet bold and in one sentence: our products must be really usable by real people. They must make differences in the quality of life of our users. Users are the ones we care.

UsableLabs is sponsored by the Prince of Songkla University, The Knowledge Management Institute, The Thailand Research Fund, and the Thai Health Promotion Foundation. Most of our products have multi-stakeholder ownerships.
